We've been to this Red Robin a few times, and the last three have been pretty bad. Waitresses aren't very helpful and we are told there is a 10-15 minute wait and half the tables are empty. Today after sitting down and getting our appetizer, we picked up our silverware and it had food all over it. It's like they took it from one table and put it on ours. We told the waitress and she rinsed it in the sink and was going to give it back to us. We won't be going back.

Zero stars!!! Got sat down at a table fast. We sat there for 25 minutes waiting for a waiter to ask what we wanted to drink...which he never did come. We had the light for service blinking at the table and nothing. We tried to order at the table but that tablet didn't work for ordering. The manager walked by twice ,even with light blinking, and nothing. When husband and I finally got up to leave that is when my husband spoke to the manager and all he had to say was sorry...not even anything to try to make up for the extremely bad service. Well just lost some good customers for giving no service at all and for a terrible manager.
