They charge you 3 dollars to pay your bill per transaction. Even if it's 4 dollars you have to pay 3 dollars !!!

A night mare. Even though I had less than perfect credit, I needed a car. I went to car dealership that was able to finance me. 3 year loan. After 4 months they sold my loan to this company. My car dealership never even told me. I went to pay my car,and they told to call a # to make my payment. (The car lot sold my loan! So now i pay 5.00 every payment.) And i puchased my car in the state i live, not far from home. This place is a different state. If i knew this i would have nor gone to Credit Max. ALS does not update your payment history on time. The balance in the credit report is different than the balance they sent me on paper. This is how I found out how they are scamming me.

It was an inconvenience since then. They added more years to my loan. I have over paid. And its not reflecting. The web site continues to say I have a past due balance. And I do not. The workers are rude. And I can't wait to get rid of my car to get rid of this evil,rip off company.

This quite possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. They bought my agreement from another dealership and it's been terrible ever since. Multiple times they've somehow taken out less from an auto pay account that always has 3 times as much as the payment is in the account. Then because my account became late because of theit fault I had a late fee and my car was shut off and somehow payment weeKS gor switched around. I called to get a quote for a payoff to get rid of it and to get a new car of course their systems were down. They said they'd call me back when it went up but that didn't happen and 3 days later they shut my car off. To top it off their staff for the most part is awful. There's a few nice once, but most of the people I talked to are rude, uninterested, and unintelligent. Laytora is the worst one, she has gotten smart with me multiple times and they threatened to garnish my wages but nowhere does it say in my paperwork that if I turn in my car they'll garnish my wages, I call bs. She even got smart when I told her I'd tell the bbb and the attorney general and told me to call them when that's done. I can't wait to see these pigs in court

I have been working for this company for 7 months and have seen a drastic change! This company specializes in lease programs to assist customers with less than perfect credit. It offers flexible payment options in hopes that our customers will graduate and will not have to come back to us! The representatives are being trained to do better and they are in the process of buying better vehicles!

I'd love to give them negative 5 stars! Right after purchasing my Chevy Trailblazer (for twice the blue book value) it began falling apart! I have put approximately 5 thousand in repairs at this point. Back in August (6 months ago) my husband and I filed chapter 13 bankruptcy. We weren't behind on our car payments. But by law they have to be included in your bankruptcy. We make 1900.00 a month payments -never been late! This morning I went to take my children to an appointment & my car was GONE! I called the attorneys office 1st to make sure our bankruptcy was still in effect & in good standing... It was. I called these people just to make sure that they didn't have the car before I called the police to report it missing.... Yep! They had my car with the court ordered stay on it???!! They said they thought the bankruptcy was cancelled in October???!! What??! Wouldn't you make sure before you took someone's vehicle?! They did return it much later this evening...... ����

Worst company ever. Trying to rebuild credit with this company is a bad idea! Even after sending me a bill a sale saying my car has been paid off in full, they refuse to send me the title because all of a sudden I still owe on the car! Run away from this company! Nothing but trouble!

I volunteered to surrender the vehicle because I was in the hospital for a month I told them I could no longer afford to keep the car. The employees threatned to garnish my wages up to 32%. I've reveiwd my lease and no where in the contract it states that if I volunteerly surrender the vehicle my wages can be garnished. Is this a scare tactic that they are using? I'm stressed enough and they are adding to it.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! THEY HOUND YOU FOR PAYMENTS DUE TO THEIR SYSTEM SCREW UP EVEN THOUGH YOU PAID ON TIME. THEY REPS ARE EXTREMELY RUDE AND DON'T EVEN LISTEN TO YOU. I TOLD THEM THAT I HAD AN ISSUE FROM A RECENT CAR ACCIDENT SO I HAD TO PAY THEM A LITTLE LATE AND I WAS TOLD THAT IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT THE CAR BROKE DOWN. DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Ok so I went here and purchased a car in March/April 2010..Down payment was 3000 so they let me put 1100 down and bring 900 in every two weeks..So I'm thinking GREAT...In less than a month,,my car started stalling and just not running well..they agreed to take it to a repair shop,,it sat there for two weeks without any repairs..So they had it moved to a Dodge dealership,,after another two-three weeks try said Dodge wanted to charge too much..Keep in mind,I'm still paying the 900 every two weeks..So finally they took it to another shop and after a couple of days they fixed it..So I was riding again,a month later I couldn't get my car from out of park..So a piece was broken in my gear shift and I had to pay for those repairs..So one month I was 21 days late paying my carnote due to losing my job..they did not work with me at all,called me on a Wed and said they were to repo te car..I asked if I could have til Friday..NO was their answer..So Thur night they repo the car and Friday I paid the note and got the car back..Out of a year and some months I have never been 30 days late,,maybe a couple of days but never more than that except this one occasion..Now I would think after all the problems I've had they would be somewhat willing to work withme..Definitely not the case..Don't go here unless it's your last resort..After Im finish with this year,,never again...I called today and asked if I could pay my note on the 27th instead of 15th..This was the response "No mam my answer is no because your car was repoed less than 6 months ago and due to your hx I can't..WTF..my consumer report and myself know that I have a positive pay history with them..She said you chose to drive a Charger..When I brought up all the problems I've had her answer was you made the choice to continue to pay while your car was in the shop..Very rude,,Don't go here

I PURCHASED 2004 AVALON ($532.00 A MONTH) ON 02/12/11, ON 02/15/11 CALLED AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM I WAS HAVING. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN TO THREE DIFFERENT CAR REPAIR SHOPS ON AT LEAST 30 DIFFERENT DAYS. I HAVE MISSED WORK, BEEN LATE FOR WORK OR COULDNT MAKE IT AT ALL DUE TO THIS CAR. THREE MONTHS LATER THE PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED

this is not a place for anyone to get a vehicle even if you do have bad credit!!! i went and they charged me a total of 20000 dollars for a 2001 mitsubishi galant for which they dont want to fix but will hassle you if you are one day late on making a payment to them. so i advise noone to subject themselves to these
