I got my prom dress from here and I absolutely loved the service and the dress. Definitely would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a dress for a special event
I went made em aware of my budget that assist and show me thgs I couldnt afford they were very patient with me and even tho I was a Bride alone I got the same attention and support as a bride that had brought family and friends in

Save yourself... go somewhere else! I had heard bad stories of dresses not coming in on time, and bad customer service AFTER the dress purchase, but decided to try the store out... bad idea. They ordered a dress for me that they did not have in stock, and this was 6 months before my wedding. I call them to check on the dress, and they told me that it had shipped. Yet 2 weeks later, I call them again and they do not know where my dress is... only to find out DAYS later that it has never been shipped!!!!! They never once bothered to tell me, I always had to call them. Then they acted like I was being impatient because I was worried??? Listen to the bad reviews or ask brides around town.... they will all say the same thing. I do not know how they have been able to stay in business this long if they call this "customer service"????
i'm very upset that anyone would feel that she got poor service at our store. we work very hard to make sure that every bride has a great experience. in response to the dress being shipped late, that was totally out of our contol. we were told by the manufacturer that the dress was being shipped on time. after calling the manufacturer SEVERAL times we were told several different reasons the dress ship dates. we contacted our representative for the company and gave the bride his phone number so she could speak to him directly. the dress was finally shipped to us months before the wedding and we contacted the bride, the dress was perfect and the bride beautiful. the dress shipped but due to this experience with that manufacturer we will no longer carry that line in the future. please be aware some things are beyond our control but as for customer service we value every bride, bridesmaid, formal etc. the reason for this delayed response is due to the fact we were unaware of any reviews good or bad, it was brought to my attention by another customer who advised me to read this review and respond.
It had been quite awhile since I had been inside Mamselle's. I was some-what discouraged with my first experience & was hoping they were under new management. To my DELIGHT,they have had a new owner since '05. The service is beyond amazing. We walked in withOUT an appointment,and were seen immediately. We were given our own ROOM,and had TWO ladies on hand to help us throughout our shopping experience. They are so innovative,clean & fresh. Beautiful gowns,terrific service and AFFORDABLE PRICES! They work WITH you,to make sure you get exactly the service you'd expect! I recommend them to ANY & EVERYONE!
The manager is extremely helpful and kind. Very knowledgable.
