I love the place, for all you who think its messy, well its a doggie daycare silly. my Rott and Lab, Bernese Mountain Dog, and Mini Pin go there, I have no problems, love the fact they are put in little play yards, not cages like petco etc... they have yards, and room to play.. The owners I think are very sweet and love what they are doing, I go to the Vet next store and they don't have a problem with this place either. I use the grooming and day care and have no worries and think the price is fair. My dogs are happy when I drop them and pick them up too. My bernese was so abused when I got him, it took a year before I could leave him anywhere, he has no problem going to this place. a review is only a review, it is wise to believe only half you see and nothing to don't. just check the place out and find out for yourself. It is hard being in business for yourself, between government and customers, not to mention California. Good work Scrubs, and hang in there

Stay as far away as you can. The owner, who is NEVER there and never returns calls, grooms pretty good. There is no other groomer that knows how to groom. I bought packages for three dogs grooming and am fighting them to get my money back. They have made up every excuse in the book. I have had to do them over at home when I got them back. The sanitary area wasn't done, groom was just crappy all over..hair hanging from feet, legs not even done, you name it. I had dental on the package and had to bring them back over and over and over and they were never done or completed right. You can't scale teeth without polishing them. I have gone down there numerous times and no one that was promised to be there for my appts. was there..every excuse in the book has been made to me and I was told to be patient with money return. Right. What a joke. This morning was my last straw when supposedly there was a new groomer there and I went down for the umpteenth time and sure enough...NO GROOMER. Time and gas and no one cares. I managed to stop a 300.00 charge on my credit card but for the other 200.00 it went past the date of doing that because of all their bull and stalling. And get this. They still advertise on sites like groupon and people buy up their offers...probably never get their grooms. I am beyond fed up. Like I said, stay away and find a groomer who knows how to groom and is responsible, does the job right, then charges you AFTER it's done. Don't get scammed.

this place is a joke..when i called for a price they told me 28.00 for a small dog, i told them they would have to be cut short as they are starting to get matted. When my husband got down there they told him 38.00.. 28.00 was only for a bath and comb out no cut, well thats not what they told me. anyway we told them to do it... when we picked them up i almost died ... they had shaved them down to NOTHING... very hacked up.. I was so blown away, he did the worst job ive ever seen in my life. For 76.00 I could have done that myself...Dont take your dog to this place....they know not what there doing

We love Scrubs we used Scrubs when it was mobile pet grooming only and now we go to them and use there boarding service my dog loves it . Carrie and Terry are the only groomers i have found that can groom a Bichon correctly. Rates are unbeatable.

Scrubs is great. They always have my dog and cat in and out in a couple hours .Maybe the person above caught them on a bad day. I broke my leg during the winter and they picked my dog up for me and brought her home at no extra charge.Anna and Barry are always very nice and professional. I have never boarded here yet but will for sure in the future.. Sherry Ramirez

Love them !! I work out of town i have had to board my dogs last minuite they go out of there way to accomadate my schedule and my boys are always clean and happy when i pick them up.. Highly reccomend!!

I highly recommend Carrie at Scrubs Pet Care. When I found her I lived in Sun City and she had her mobile pet grooming in operation. She came to my home and groomed all 3 of my miniature dachshunds for a very reasonable price. She worked closely with them to make sure they were comfortable while grooming. I have also used her boarding service and my little guys come home happy as can be. When we moved to Hemet she came right along and came out once a month to take care of our babies. We have been using her services for almost 4 years now and would not even think of changing.
