Excellent food and good selection. Limited seating, so best for take out. I took my Girl Scout troop here to try Greek food and pop, and they loved it.

Went to a event this last weekend that they we're going to Cater, as it got late the host called and they said they just left. Never showed up never bothered calling if you want a dependable Catering, this are not the people you want to contact, they just left a whole group of people hanging!

I've been enjoying Greek food since my family moved to Tremont neighborhood in 1978. The Greek Orthodox church hosts a festival every year on Memorial Day weekend. That was when I had my first Gyro. I loved it. The Gyro had a taste to it that I had not experience in all my years living in New York City. Instead of waiting a year for the festival to come around again and waste time with the others; I finally found the spot where Gyros taste like they did at the festival. The Greek Village Grille in Lakewood is the real deal. I try to have lunch there once a week and bring a different friend each time to share my dining experience. As a matter of fact I think I paid their electric bill last month! All kidding aside, they taught me more than I've ever know about authentic Greek Gyros. My favorite is the American Gyro, the one most of us eat, but they have the authentic Greek Gyro too and Chicken Gyros. This is a sure thing, so bring that special someone, they'll love you for it!
