Came out in no time Chris Hughes (technician) is a good guy. Explained what happened and what he was going to do to fix it.

I called because of a kitchen sink not draining well and disposal leaking. Frank Rohr came over to take care of everything for us. He is knowledgeable and informed us step by step what was needed and price . He took time to show us what he was doing and tips how to avoid issues in the future. Chris R. Came to my home to provide an estimate. He was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He wrote up an estimate as I requested and explained everything to me step by step. I did not use this company unfortunately due to pricing, however Chris couldn’t have done anything better.

I have used Precision Plumbing on 4 different occasions and I have requested Frank R. each time. He has demonstrated great professionalism and excellent service. He is always on time and knows what he's doing. He replaced my shower knobs, he unclogged my tub and sink in the bathroom. It has been one year and has been working perfect! I have an older house 1960s and I have always had plumbing issues. Frank R. did an excellent job!!

Kurt knew his trade and found the best solution for me as a customer since my home warranty company refused to pay. Within 1 hour and 30 minutes, tops, my plumbing problem was resolved. I highly recommend him and the company. Cost was fair.

Usually I am the one that complains ;) but when it comes to Aaron Thompson---he is ''Simply the best''--just like Tina Turner sings. He spent 1,5 days at my place and was working alone but his job was done like a team of experts created it!!! Precision Plumbing is lucky to have Aaron working with them. Aaron was the ONLY guy that was fixing things at my place that I felt that what I am paying for is worth it. Go with Aaron!!!!!!!

Crooked company they have no clue what they are doing they just know they are here to screw their clients!
I will be brief...

4 days ago they came in my manager hired them to unplug my sewage !
He snaked it and asked for 500$ and I told them send a bill he threaten my worker !

Today the sewage came out and went all over the streets so city of vegas came in and it became a big mess ...

So we called him again thinking they didn’t do a good job !
Came in and (new plumbers) told us they need to hydro jet it and it will cost 1100$ and they took my credit card number.
Then he charged me almost 1700$ maxing my credit car while he was working I had another plumber to come and take over the job (after hydro jetting ) so the new plumber was there when his equipment failed (needless to say he didn’t know what he is doing according to new guy) so I’m thinking the job isn’t finished he will be back or something I can reason with him
He left charged me lot more than his estimated of 1100 for hydro jet ( google it should not be even half of that ) he didn’t fully fixed the issue there is a splinter in there and he only cleaned one side how I know ?
I had camera in there with second guy !

In my opinion if he would snake the damn thing right this would had never happen!

500 for snake
1700 for hydro jet
And still clogged on one side
New guy has to deal with it

Planning to contest it with my credit card
And I will get legal advice in Monday to sue them

James Pilkington was assigned our work order and was the best ever! Great guy, thorough and told me everything he was doing and why. He was clear in the cost and what should happen and what could happen.

These guys exhibit excellent customer service standards! Their first visit to repair a leaking pipe inside the wall in my house was initially a disaster (for reasons I won't discuss here), but they were able to turn it into a super positive experience! After identifying my situation they sent out another tech named Robert, who turned out to be absolutely wonderful. He identified my problem, diagnosed it, and had it repaired all in about 3 hours and was super friendly! The price was fair and the job was well done, I will definitely use them again (specifically requesting Robert) in the future and tell others to do the same.

The girl that answered the phone was very polite, James the actual plumber was Great and very polite, they came right out and fixed everything. Highly recommend them.

I called Precision Air when I had no heat and it was freezing outside. Kym andswered the phone, listened to my problem, and said she would have a technician at my house within 30 minutes. In less time than that, Juan showed up and diagnosed my problem. It was a bad thermostat, which was good news because I was afraid I was going to need a new furnace, This is a very professional and honest company, and I will be using them from now on. James came out on a rainy Sunday to get our kitchen sink faucet working after Dad (me) "replaced" things just enough to screw 'em up. James was cheerful, hard working, and totally transparent in his quote. He told us what he would do and what it would cost and everything was as he said. I had a severe plumbing leak in the middle of the night and figured I would only have a few Plumbers to call and would have to pay an arm and a leg for the emergency service call after hours. I called Precision Plumbing and a live person answered the phone and they had someone out within an hour!! The rate quoted was exactly what was charged and it was exactly the same rate had I called in the middle of the day. The problem was solved quickly and the rate was way better than expected. We are new to Las Vegas and had a plumbing emergency today. I called Precision Plumbing based on their good reviews. We had several issues that needed attention and were very happy with the work that was done. James was friendly, professional and very thorough. A pleasure to do business with.

I had flooding in my house on a saturday and called 3 emergency plumbing companies and only Precision Plumbing had a technician available. The technician, Blaine, showed up and was very professional, nicely dressed, and very personable. When we was working trying to find the problem, he always laid a towel down and wiped up any water and was very clean. He laid out all of my options on what he recommended and why. He was able to fix the problem in a few hours, cleaned everything up afterwards, and to be honest, was much cheaper than I expected. I was very impressed. He gave me pointers on other plumbing maintenance things to do and was super friendly. I would definitely recommend this company. Blaine deserves a raise.
