I had a wonderful experience today giving blood. Victoria Jarina was totally caring that I was comfortable and so giving blood was a great experience for me. I hope I am blessed to have her again when I donate blood again. Usually I experience some anxiety when giving blood but having Victoria by my side I felt an angel was with me all the way! Thank you Victoria for making my experience today a good one in every way.

I went to have blood drawn at this facility and the two staff members that were helping me were careless with the needles, vile of blood and just basically getting the job done. They had to go back into the vein to fill another vile which the person couldn't accomplish. I ended up with a very large lump and bruise on the arm. I will not being going back to that facility if that is how they treat patients.
