Never showed up, called when they were an hour late and they assured me they were coming. They never did; no phone call. Won't return our calls now to set another appointment.

I had a great experience with Ken's Plumbing. I called to make an appointment at noon and someone arrived at 2pm. He was very fast, friendly, and competent. He went out of his way to go back to his shop to get me a part I was missing and he wasn't responsible for. He even taught me what to do to prevent the problem. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!

I have now used Ken's plumbing twice. Both times, my appt was for 930. Neither time did they show up on time. The first time, he finally got here around 130. No one from the office called, only when I called them was I informed the guy would be late. And of course, he couldn't tell me exactly when he would be able to make it. The 2nd time, he finally showed around 2:00pm. Once again, no call from the office to inform me they were running behind. I only find this out when I call. And once again, no one could tell me when he could make it. I personally find it hard to believe that they could be that far behind when my appts have been at 930. I haven't had any problems with the work they do, but I am very tired of wasting an entire day waiting around for them. I think of all the things I could have accomplished, but I sit at home WAITING!

did not show for appt. we called to see about when we would be seen, they replied by saying they would check with their worker and call us back. we never received a call back.
