My hair looks horrifying. It's orange yellow peach and white. :'( I have asked for a refund. Management won't be back till Tuesday. My luck

Went in for a trim and to get my hair permed. Angie was AMAZING! I'm not really a girly girl. I don't go to salons to get my hair done often. Angie was friendly. Made me feel welcomed and not like I didn't have a clue (because honestly I don't). She asked tons of question even during the process just to make sure everything was perfect. The other gals in there was super friendly as well and asked multiple times if they could do or get anything for me. While Angie was rolling my hair I watch Stacy do two other people's hair. She did a fantastic job as well. Really impressed with everyone in there to include the gal at the front desk, Gina/Jenna (sorry I'm not 100% sure about her name). Angie even made it a point to welcome every single potential customer that walked through their door as she was doing my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone. Good job ladies! And thank you for the amazing hairdo Angie! Definitely five stars from the gal who never gets her hair done! Made my day! I'll be back!

I got scalped yesterday. Instead of leaving my hair 4 inches all over, Suszie cut 4 inches off. I didn't have hair long enough to cut 4 inches. Now I have stubble in the back. I am embarrassed to go out in public. I am furious! I had bad experiences there before with color, instead of blonde I ended up orange. Anna admitted she used the wrong color so I gave her a second chance with the same results. I'll never set foot in that place again. My hair is so bad that I am tempted to buy a wig until my hair has a chance to re-grow.

If you love your tresses don't go there!
