Very pleased. Call these guys on a Friday night when my A/C went out 2 weeks ago. They came out the next day. I thought my unit was covered under a recall but they weren't sure as it was a Saturday. So they charged me to do the repairs and saw the circuit board was really fried as stated in the recall. They worked with the manufacturer to get reimbursed for the parts. I got a check back in the mail from Wilson for the parts. A lot of companies might have just pocketed the $$. If I have problems with my HVAC I'll be calling these guys.
