I have taken my Chocolate Lab to the vets at Clock Tower for almost seven years. I am always very pleased with their care and knowledge of my best friend, Chase. I wouldn't have them as his vets if they weren't the best! Maureen K.

I have been taking my 2 year old dog here for 2 years since he was a ouppy. At first I was impressed by the care then all of a sudden the staff became horribly rude and unthougtful. The front desk staff gives out medical advice as if they were a vet and then they won't let you leave a mess for the vet either. They are not friendly and just want to rush you out. I asked for a physical and they barely looked at him or let me ask questions. They should not be caring for animals if they do not care for them at all. I do not trust any advice given to me by them at all. They need their old front desk staff back because the ones now are very rude and look unprofessional. I am letting everyone I know not to get their services there anymore.

Growing up, my family have always taken our pets to Clocktower. Now I take my two dogs there and see the same vets that I had for my childhood pets. They are very friendly and great at what they do. The only downside is that I often get a busy signal almost everytime I try to call the office, but they eventually answer after a few more tries. Not planning on changing vets anytime soon.

This little clinic is really great! All of our questions were answered and the staff/service was excellent. The prices here are very fair and explained well. We will certainly be taking our pet here for vet services again!
