      After spending years in the fast food, factory, and retail industries struggling to pay bills, Vickie Ketron was beaming with enthusiasm in the moments leading up to her interview with Globe Life Liberty National Division. However, it wasn't until her interviewer uttered one particular phrase that Vickie's excitement reached a boiling point.The phrase?
