VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Borderline Deceptive. Do not use this florist!!

Ordered flowers for the funeral of our brother. I asked rep for suggestions based on price. Based on our budget, I requested a $100 arrangement. I asked that a ribbon be added with the word "brother".. No mention of an additional charge for the ribbon was made. We knew there would be tax and a delivery fee.

Floral rep asked for a phone number and I provided our home and my cell phone numbers. Floral rep stated arrangement would be delivered by 4:00 p.m. the day prior to the service so that the arrangement would be at it's freshest state. Due to extreme winter storm, their flower shipment was delayed and expected that day (Wednesday).

On the day of the service (Saturday), no arrangement had been delivered 20 minutes prior to the service. The funeral home called and inquired. They were told the flowers had just arrived that day and the arrangement would be delivered shortly.

After the visitation had begun at 10:00 a.m., the delivery was made, placed in the room but no acknowledgement to the family regarding the delay.

When the charge was billed by the florist, the amount was $161.14-over half again the price of the requested arrangement. Plus 24 hours later, flowers in the arrangement were DYING!

I contacted the owner on Monday. She researched and called back. The store rep took it upon themselves to make a $125 arrangement, add the "Brother" ribbon for $10, making the arrangement now a $135 arrangement, Adding tax and $15 delivery,-$161.14.

Where was the communication with the customer-additional charge for flowers, a charge for the ribbon, delay in delivery-you had TWO phone numbers.

NO compensation for dying flowers 24 hours later! Promised to refund $25 for the unauthorized charge for more flowers. Can not be trusted and bad customer service.

And the shop is the prettiest flower shop I have ever been in. Wonderful gift selection along with flower selection
