Welcome to KC's Rib Shack Barbecue restaurant. New Hampshire's favorite BBQ for close to two decades. At KC's Rib Shack, serving the world's finest hickory-smoked ribs and BBQ is our passion. Our food and exceptional service are definitely two things we take seriously. No white tablecloths here, you'll sit at butcher paper covered tables under the Christmas lights and pull from a roll of paper towels to wipe our homemade BBQ sauces from your face. Our Southern style Barbeque, Bar-B-Que, Bar-B-Cue, just Q, or however you spell it, is seasoned with our own recipe of different dry rubs and cooked without sauce. If you like some good barbeque, this place is it. Nothing too fancy but they have the basics down. Makes for an enjoyable dining experience.
Went for dinner before our show...call ahead seating??? Place was not busy at all bartender was going to get herself a sofa from the store...say down offered an appetizer, drinks and water...drinks took a good 10 minutes appetizer took 45 minutes..at this point we needed the food to go because it took another 15 minutes to get or waitress back to take...food came in 10 more minutes and glad we checked because they got our order wrong!!! Did I also mention that people that ordered after us were getting appetizers and one table good before us?? Was a horrible experience..walking out the hosts said thank you for coming, when I told her it would be my last she did ask if I wanted to write a complaint!!! Yes I would had I not needed to be at a show...
While traveling on business I happened upon the great BBQ place! I have since been back 2 times since my initial visit and I will go back every time I am in town. I have had the Ribs, Brisket, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Dirty Rice, baked Beans and although I generally don't care for Cornbread, theirs was out of this world! Rustic decor and family style dining make this a great place to go solo or bring a party. You will enjoy every visit, I certainly did! Highly recommended!

I love this place. Have eaten here several times and never been disappointed. Fantastic burgers. Won't order one elsewhere! Pulled chicken is delicious for when you are looking for something a bit healthier. Frosty beers and spunky wait staff! My first choice when in Manch.
The brisket is soooo goood!
Most excellent barbecue I have ever had. Well worth the trip from Vermont just for lunch!
