      General Info

      Founded in 1998 by the merger of two local blood centers, Carter BloodCare is Texas' largest blood center. In April of 2007, Carter BloodCare announced a merger with Tyler-based Stewart Regional Blood Center. Together, they provide more than 330, 000 units of lifesaving blood to North Central and East Texas each year, all thanks to generous donors like you!
