This is a nice to place to stay if you are in town for a couple days and looking for a basic, cheap place to stay. The rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was decent and free. It's no Hilton, but that's not what we wanted anyway. It was a quick drive from Beale St. and right off an interstate ramp. All in all, we had a good stay.

$3 trip downtown,great workout area,great pool,nice rooms,nice breakfast,i will stay there again when i travel to Memphis.

When checking in, we were upgraded from a double bed to a king because they thought we'd be too crowded--for free. After a long day of driving I could not have been happier. Everyone there was incredibly helpful and nice, and the shuttle to Beale St. was especially convenient. I felt really cared for. When our room keys stopped working, it was taken care of immediately. The room itself, too, was in great condition and the bed was comfortable.

I got a shuttle bus to Beale street for 3 bucks and a taxi back for 10. My room is clean as a whistle and well presented. It's an older building but the presentation and staff attitude is miles ahead of other places I've stayed for a lot more money. No funny smells and the air on works good.

We were just passing through Memphis. The location of the hotel was very convenient for the things we wanted to see and do in town, and for continuing on toward Arkansas.
