Ordered flowers to be delivered on a friday, never happened and still not delivered at 6pm next day. Granted it is mothers day weekend, but they should be able to handle volume, keep organized and be pleasant. I checked for them to leave flowers if no one home on the ordersheet. And even if they decided not to deliver them, why wouldn't they be delivered first thing in the morning. I was left on hold for 14 minutes while they tried to find them and the clerk was down right rude. Practically yelled at me from the moment I called. I certainly will not spend another $80 at this store. Used FTD online since a live 1,000 miles away, but will find a better option. FTD agent said she could never get through to them. What a disappointment.

I have been using Bryan's for a long time, they are wonderful. They have great prices and friendly service. They have a great rose sale going on right now 4.99 for a dozen. They are beautiful. At that price I can buy flowers for myself as well!! Keep up the good work Bryan's. You are number one in my book.

I'm not sure what the previous reviewer was thinking but I find this flower shop to be the best in the area. The designers are knowledgeable and helpful and and the sales clerks are friendly and helpful as well. The flowers are much higher quality than what you will find at every corner everywhere you turn around. Much better to purchase flowers from an expert instead of at the grocery store or drug store. I have used them numerous times and highly recommend them!

This store is in major disrepair, as the ceiling is falling in & the odor from mold/mildew is taking over. Never have roses that open fully--they seem to try then just fall over & die.
