The staff is always helpful and friendly. I came in the day of my wedding reception & they helped me find an affordable and beautiful dress in less than 20 minutes! Love this place :)

It's really sad when Bridesmaids are fitted for their dresses and still don't fit....but when the bride who's wedding is a few weeks away discovered they gave her a smaller size than what she was fitted for! That's totally unexceptable! Was offered free alterations if needed due to their error which they admitted , is now saying they wouldn't offer that! Poor management! Take lots of pics and have your attorney on stand-by! Due to their horrible store chain practices , they really do not deserve 1 star!

This place was the WORST EVER!! I will never purchase a dress or anything else for that matter from this Davids Bridal, or any of them because they ruined it for me! The girl helping us not only was helping 2 Other brides, but also a flower girl! I not only had to wait forever for her to finally come back from time to time to help me but so did my sister and mother who were with me also purchasing/trying on/ and getting fitted for dresses, but she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off acting like we were the least of her worries!! Then when we get our cover ups in they weren't even right, they ordered us shawls instead of the jackets we wanted, then the lady behind the counter was not only impatient and EXTREMELY RUDE and took her sweet time said sorry you will have to pay the extra money for the jackets I can't give you any discounts, plus we have to change the color of the jackets and dresses because the jackets do Not come in the same color as the dresses you have ordered! So that pushed our dresses back a month!!!! Then my mom called and raised heck about them not giving us a discount because we had not only purchased my dress by my mothers & sisters there as well & with all the little things you need for the bridal gown we spend well over $1,200! So the manager gave us $20 off, not to mention we live an hour away and my sister was driving 3 hours just to be apart of what we thought a happy time but they made very stressful and miserable for us! Then when we went back to get the $20 refund they told us they couldn't do it because that would re-order the dresses and she had to wait to get the refund until the dresses came in!! Which the manager conveniently forgot to tell us before my sister drove 4 hours to get there!!!!! Then they said they would have my sister and moms dress delivery to their houses, well my mom just got her dress and guess what?!?!!? ITS TO SMALL!!!!!!! & my wedding is in a little over a month!!! They told us they can't let bridesmaid dresses out so they are going to "rush" order her a new one!! & of course did they offer us anything for their continued mess ups & awful experience NO OF COURSE NOT!!! They already have our money what more could they want!! This place is the worst kind of nightmare!!! DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS, & HEARTACHE!!!

We thought it'd be safe to buy from a national chain. But, this David's Bridal location is a disaster. They are never on time for appointments, are careless with alterations, unfriendly, and generally unprofessional. We saw seamstresses eating while working on wedding gowns, and saw an elementary-aged girl helping with a gown alteration. Sure, this place is better than the now-defunct SharNett, but I would certainly look elsewhere next time. Try the David's Bridal in Easton in Columbus. Still a pretty crappy company, but at least that location is somewhat competent.
