Very high turover of staff. Long, long waits on the phone. Drs are not very rushed. In the last two years this place compleyeky changed and not for the better. You go 8n and its all new staff each time no sems to stay except the doctors. Billing is screewrd up and I had a bill once show up a year later which screwed up my FSA. The constantly changing staff makes it apparent workers there are not happy. And it is reflected in the degrading service and poor quality of care.
