I found Willy's Auto about 4 years ago and they found the problem with my car that no one else could find!! They discussed the problem and how much it would cost to fix before going any farther and then fixed it immediately and I have been going there ever since. Awesome customer service and a great bunch of employees who are dedicated to doing excellent work!!

I highly recommend Willy's Auto. I am from Washington State, and my Son is a College student in MT. On the way back to college from Thanksgiving Break, he broke down in Missoula. Not being from the area and not able to get there, I asked around on Facebook, and Willy's Auto kept coming up with high recommendations. So I hired Willy's Auto to put in a Transmission in my son's vehicle, and boy am I pleased. Professional, pleasant, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Very PLEASED With their work. Visited this shop 3 times. I spent about $1000 with them. The waterpump job was botched and had my radiator damaged after the car overheated due to the pump not circulating coolant. But that was not the only job they messed up. Even better, after just leaving them a fair negative review on Google, the owner stalks my Facebook and sends me a message calling me an ass wipe. Thats customer service for ya folks at Willy's bucket shop.

Willy's Auto is the best. I am so so grateful to have found him. He and his staff are awesome saved us and got us back on the road.
