Took our vehicle a few years ago, they flushed my transmission and didn't reset it. I had to go to CTT to have it done. Just took our truck here on Friday, they said the transfer case needed to be replaced and it would cost $2200. Took it to CTT, it is a ring gear. This place doesn't know what they are doing or they are just trying to rip you off. I'd give this place no stars if I could. Stay away from here.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. They asked me what kind of oil and how much oil I wanted in it. I explained that I wasn't feeling comfortable having them work on my vehicle and they suggested I take it somewhere else. This place has no clue about vehicles. Don't trust them to do anything.

I took my car into this shop to replace the rear main seal. They told me it would take six hours at most but it took them four days to complete it and when I was told to come get my car they called back less then twenty minutes later to inform me that my car wouldn't start so it was going to be a while longer. Every time I called to check on my car they gave me attitude and made me feel like I was bugging them. After the sixth day of my car being in the shop for a six hour job I called AAA and had to have my car towed to a different mechanic shop. The AAA tow driver shocked me when he said "you would be surprised at how many vehicles I have towed out of this place." This place is a joke. I will NEVER take another one of my vehicles to them and I advise you don't either.

When I first started going here I felt I could trust the employees and management with my car. I had work done on it, plugs, wires, S belt, etc. was a $400+ package deal they have. Come to find out my belts weren't changed at all. It still had the original belts. They don't do what they say they did and charge you for it. Please PUBLIC be careful. Especially the females who take your car into these people. They take advantage of you and then your stuck on the side of the road and out of your hard earned cash. I will never go back to these people again and I would never recommend them again to any one.
