Our highly skilled outpatient rehabilitation team at Queen of the Valley Medical Center includes physical therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapist assistants, and speech-language pathologists. Together, we are a team of medical professionals who are committed to helping each patient achieve their goals. No matter your medical condition, our diverse group of licensed therapists are prepared to develop a customized solution to help you return to optimum health and independence. We treat populations ranging from pediatric to geriatric, diagnoses from orthopedic to neurologic; with all care provided adjacent to the main hospital at our state-of-the-art Wellness Center. You will need a Rehabilitation Referral (or Prescription) from your doctor in order to start therapy. To book an appointment please call 707-257-4089 - option #1, or stop by our clinic during regular business hours. Be prepared to inform our patient access representatives of your diagnosis, referring doctor, and insurance information.
