Had a heat pump installed and Jeff did a fantastic job. He was right on time and had the unit up and running by 5pm. He was very professional and also very instructive in teaching me what I needed to know in regards to my unit. I would definitely recommend Southern Trust and Jeff H to anyone who need HVAC work done.

I've used for electrical for years and added plumbing. For both services I recommend them highly, For example, Cirilo recently did a plumbing inspection. I had two things I wanted to bring to his attention, and in both cases I was pleased with and accepted his recommendations. They are not the lowest cost, but I believe you get what you pay for.

company was doing a plumbling inspection at my house. these guys are always on time and they know what they are doing. during inspection peatrap crumble under kitchen sink and was fix at no cost. thank you.

Excellent professional service was provided by Cirilo the technician. He diagnosed where the water pipe was frozen and repaired it very quickly and thoroughly. He went so far as to tell me how to prevent this issue should the temperature drop in the future. I will certainly call this company should i need one of the services they offer in the future.

We had a plumbing problem that we had spent 2 days trying to diagnose and repair ourselves. Finally gave up and decided to call a pro; from the initial phone call thru the handshake at the end we were kept aware of the status of our service request, given a time the plumber would arrive (he also called when he was about 1/2 hour out). As for the repair experience Earl couldn't have been more professional, friendly and knowledgeable. While I doubt the price was the lowest you could find, I place a great deal of value in doing what you say, when you say you will do it; trustworthy, friendly service is simply worth more. 4 hours after he arrived Earl was leaving with our situation repaired. He came prepared to handle the job, no need to run off an get parts,etc. A great result. We will use them again if we need service work done in the future.

Jeff Hoover, HVAC Tech, recently performed a tune up of my HVAC system. He was very informative and answered all of my questions clearly. He thoroughly explained each step while he was working was and was extremely polite, very professional, and I feel was an exceptional representative of Southern State Electric. I have had only good experiences with every tech who has been in my home over the past few years and been completely satisfied with their performance.

Jeff came on Thursday of this week to service and check out a leak i had in my a/c unit. He welcomed me to watch as he worked so he could explain what he was doing and to help me become familiar with the working parts of the unit. Jeff was very upfront about the costs and gave me several options to chose from. I decided what was best for me at the time, so we can just keep an eye on the unit and see if it is a minor leak for now, and next year he will do some more in depth testing if the leak gets worse. There is no evidence of broken lines or bad joint seams. Jeff had me up and cooling in a very short time, and checked my registers to make sure the air coming out was the proper temperature. I slept better that night in the fresh coolness of the a/c unit. Jeff was very professional, polite, and respectful of my property while he was working. This company is very trustworthy and reliable. We have had two separate service issues this year. The first was a plumbing issue. The plumber was knowledgeable and completely honest about what work was required and how much that would cost. At that time we bought a service agreement plan. Yesterday we needed an ac repair. The HVAC tech was knowledgeable and also completely honest with us about what our system needed to be repaired. Each time we have called, the phone representatives have been extremely courteous and helpful. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

Easily made appointment, service techs showed up about 10 mins before appointment, very well dressed/clean/courteous. Used shoe covers the entire time. Very through examination of the issue we called for along with a prompt and not terribly expensive fix. Managed to solve another issue we'd been having as well, so happy with service that we signed up for year long household coverage plan. Will definitely have Southern States out to take care of our HVAC/Electric/Plumbing again, very highly recommend.
