I bought my wedding shoes, other dress shoes, and boots there. The service is top-notch. The owner and other ladies are very helpful with style and comfort advice.

Extreamly awful customer service!!! I've never felt like such an inconvenience to someone in my entire life. Tried on 4 dresses in a matter of 45 minutes and was then told I could not try any more dresses on and that I should buy my prom dress the day before prom because I was told i was too indecisive. She continued to tell me that i should go to Margret's( another dress store) and try their dresses on and to have them tell me I look beautiful in ugly dresses, she continued to slander the store and the staff at Margret's and even told my friend that her dress was probably ugly ( because she bought it there) and that she payed way too much money. after being insulted for twenty minutes and lectured about my "indecisiveness" like I was her child, I left. After feeling like such a burden, when I shouldn't have, I called and tried to tell her how unprofessional that was to do and she told me she wasn't having that conversation with me and that I didn't have to come back and hung up on me!

The Glass Slipper & Amara Boutique are my one stop shop for entire shoe collection and warbrode! Both stores carry the latest styles and brands, the staff is also very pleasant and helpful in so many ways. I always have a wonderful experience every time I go into the store and always walk out a very happy girl! Ladies dont be afraid when you the word boutique in there because Amara is far from boutique pricing and the Glass Slipper beats all competors around!!! Very affordable and reasonable pricing with an exceptional and amazng staff who is always ready to serve you!!

There selection is good! Love the styles they have. However very pushy To buy. Will pressure you into buying stuff even if you really don't want it

I got my shoes dyed here for my wedding ,they did a horrible job I was mortified when I called to discuss with the owner she was very very rude I was being polite and she said take ur business else where rather then trying to rectfy the situation she blamed everyone else but herself and when I asked to b refunded so I could take my business else where she then stated loudly and rude absolutly not!!! NEVER WILL I go hereAGAIN!!

The selection they have there is great. however i just recently went there and the service was horrible. its a small store and they do not have enough staff if you go there at a busy time. The boxes of shoes are not under the shoe display. The owner is very nice however the other girl she has there is not so nice. She was rude and not patient when i was trying to select shoes. The shoes i liked did not have my size and she was being very pushy about ordering the size she thinks i needed. i did not want to order shoes- without trying them on and seeing if they are comfortable. I have been there before this experience and have waited awhile for assistance. i doubt i will be going there again due to rudeness.

I took my 3 of my bridesmaids, my grandmother, and my mom there before my wedding. They were all able to find shoes that they loved and were completely comfortable in. Some were in stock some were ordered and the ordered ones came within a few days. We had a few pairs dyed and they were ready the next day! They were great!

I have been going to glass slipper since high school. In the past few years they have been current with all the latest fashions. they are very competive with their prices and will accomodate all customers. the staff is friendly and very respectful. i rarely go to the store and don't make a purchase. this is a type of store anyone can go and find something they like. they carry all styles and makes of footwear also famous name brands. i would recommend this store to everyone and i do.
