I had a negative experience from my initial phone call to discuss my pool service needs to the fact that Steve, the owner of this company, never called me back the next morning to tell me the time he was coming. When I called him, he seemed irritated and preoccupied on the phone. I said "It doesn't seem you want to come and service my pool" to which he answered..."Give me a chance...what kind of this and that do you have?" I told him I was not sure and wish he would have asked me these questions yesterday when we scheduled a service call. He replied quite flatly that it wouldn't be a GOOD deal for him to offer me the free estimate, drive to my house, see what was wrong and have to drive back to his business to get the parts. He never discussed this with me during our first talk. I really could not believe how rude he was given he is the owner. I felt the whole time like I was wasting his time and he was not really interested in the business. I told him "Thank You" and goodbye.
