They disregarded my instructions to call me, instead stating that I noted my husbands phone number which is incorrect. During the screening they identified 2-3 teeth, gained approval for 6-8, and ultimately pulled 11. My pet was in no discomfort , still eating kibble and bones and according to them had no infection or other indication that supported that many extractions. Please either A) use caution or B) find a clinic that allows you to advocate for your pets as you see fit.
