Went in there and told doctor idiot that I was in a ton of pain.. He set me up for a colonoscopy and they said I have to wait for a call back. I have been waiting for three months already and I had to hang my head down like a scum bag to ask for pain medication and he said no because he doesn't want it to get in the way of a procedure that I have to wait for, so until then just be in horrible pain every night with sweats. I went home and started crying because I am so scared and in pain.. So bad! I work in a sober living home and have for over a year and I am drug tested just like my clients are.. This is why people give up and go out because they try but bad doctors like the ones at 2031 Mcdaniels St. treat you like scum.. I usually wouldn't feel like this but I really hope something bad happens to those doctors over there.. Something that insurance can't fix and they are in horrible agonizing pain.. They deserve it!

It is so frustrating dealing with the W. Sahara office. I have tried 5 times to contact Deja for my prescription for a procedure in five days. I left four messages for her. Actual talked to someone who promised to call in prescription and she did not., Called and talked to Ilva and she put me on hold for 32 minutes, after holding it whent to Deja voice mail. Back to square one again. Incompetent people.

Just horrible,first they send you to see a PA who sets up the colonoscopy then you go to valley view location for it which the nurses and back office were amazing! Thank god. As far as front office its as if we are a bother to them to do there jobs. Can't get through the phones.Then I got colitis 3 weeks later and ended up at the e.R in severe pain. Went back to the McDaniel location to see the PA who didn't care what I said but just read from the paper that my colonoscopy was normal and to see them in 10 to 15 yrs and the colitis was normal. And I didn't need further testing to find out what was causing my pain to start with. For being a specialist and treating me so badly,talking over me and brushing me off. I left in tears.So unprofessional they don't care about there patients. Go anywhere else. I'm now seeing Dr. Clifford Carol at great west medical associates he is one of the good ones. 20 yrs exp and really listens and helps me.

Automated line gives you a busy signal when you select the N las vegas office, also get a disconnected number when the Valley View office transfers you to the N las vegas office. Maybe the chimps responsible for maintaining their phone system have low blood sugar today or something.

NICE doctors who explain everything great. However, the appointment staff is the worst I've ever dealt with. They dump you in voicemail, then refuse to return your calls for 1-2 weeks. They call and hang up then lie to their office manager that they talked to me when they didn't. I had colonoscopy prep--entire week of extra laxatives, 2 days of liquid-only diet and 2 days of the prep but when I arrived, office staff had cancelled my procedure without informing me about it, and for the wrong reasons, because she misread insurance policies. Then, when confronting office manager about it, I get to hear a lecture on how to protect herself against "claims of patients" rather than actually believing me about any of it. I've had urgent pre-procedure questions where they refused to return my calls, and even had to walk into their office to get an appointment after calling 5 days and leaving voice mails and them refusing to talk to me or return my calls.

Called the number and they give u two options. Press 0 for the Valley View and Press some other number for the McDaniel. I called the McDaniel and they told me the Valley View Office is the one that makes appointments. So I have been trying to call them for 2 days straight!!!! Either the line is busy or they never pickup and it goes to voice mail. I've left two messages on the machine and one with the lady at the McDaniel office so she can forward my info to the Valley View Office and still NO callback!!!! Its like they don't want you to make an appointment to see the doctor...
