I Went to Shala's to move my taped extensions up. After a consultation Shala, the owner said she will do it. After criticizing my European extensions and trying to sell me the one she has and charged me $ 95/hr for the job, 10 minutes later the extensions started to fell off. The next day I took a shower and ALL of them fell off. When I called Shala to fix it, she mentioned that was nothing she can do about it an will NOT credit any money because she spent he time. Lock of customer service and she DOES NOT guarantee her job . If she doesn't ge it right, good luck, you lose your money! I do not recommend Shala

I was in town for an emergency business meeting and didn't have time to do my hair back home. Needed a good color and was recommended to Shala. What a life saver she matched my color perfect and could not be sweeter for fitting me in with her tight schedule. She is truly an artist and a wonderful person, really uplifted my spirit and got me ready for my meeting. God Bless!

The website makes this salon and spa look upscale. Believe me, IT IS NOT! The business is small and unkempt looking. There is only one massage therapist and you have to walk through the noisy salon with hair all over the floor to get to the "spa". Worst of all, I got THE WORST haircut ever in my life. When I complained I was told that's what I asked for and tough luck. It was NOT what I wanted. I even showed the guy (CARL) pictures of how I wanted the haircut to look, front and back, and he still managed to screw it up. One side in the front is longer than the other and the back is completely uneven and he took a huge chunk out of one side! Because he couldn't get it even it's way shorter than the pictures I showed. My options are now to wait until it grows out a little to fix it, or cut off even more hair. Miserable experience. Avoid at all costs.
