Dr. H. Robert Stender graduated in 1970 from the University of Southern California with his Doctor of Dental Surgery. Dr. Stender describes himself as a “continuing education junkie”; over the years he has fulfilled thousands of hours in additional training to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and procedures. After graduating, Dr. Stender chose to open his private practice in Pasadena, California. As a family dentist, Dr. Stender handles prosthedontics, periodontics, orthodontics (both traditional and Invisalign®), endodontics, cosmetic procedures, children’s dentistry, oral surgeries, as well as restorative and reconstructive procedures. On top of his practice responsibilities, Dr. Stender leads Spear Study Club, which strives to advance and continuously improve upon the exceptional care that patients receive from his/her dentist. Dr. Stender is a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Dentistry, the California Dental Association, the World Clinical Laser Institute, the Academy of Microscope Enhanced Dentistry and the San Gabriel Valley Dental Society.
