Extremely unsatisfied with their service and arrangement. I ordered online and Cottage is the local florist who fulfilled my order for a premium anniversary arrangement. I paid for expedited service and the flowers were delivered 1 hour before my wife got off work after the online vendor had to call to track down the order. Even worse was the pitful interpretation of 'premium'. She got a very small arrangement that I could have gotten at Kroger for $10. Luckily, the online vendor honored their satisfaction policy and gave me a full refund. I will make sure any flowers I ever order again are not from Cottage.

I was very happy with the service. I called late Friday morning and needed delivery before the afternoon. The arrangement was outstanding, with an exotic look, just beautiful.

This business has unsatisfactory customer service, I placed a phone order and the individual who took my order was unhelpful in giving me correct pricing and incorrect delivery information. The attendant assured my that the arrangement would be delivered same day since I placed it at 9:00am and was unsuccesful in getting back through the phone to them that afternoon to confirm the order. I would recomend no one use this flower shop.
