my husband sends me flowers every 2 weeks. They are always beautiful.

have been in business for over 30 years. We will only use them.
I had to order flowers from my church. I called the funeral home and they HIGHLY RECOMMENDED the Wyndowbox Florist. I was really nervous because I had never done this before. THE DID A GREAT JOB. All the church members were really pleased. The flowers were beautiful. The lady who waited on me walked me through the whole process and did a great job. I will use them again

My husband has been sending me flowers every 2 weeks. Every 2 weeks, I get the most beautiful arrangement. Sometimes it is in a cube, or bowl or vase. The flowers are always fresh & beautiful. We will only use the Wyndowbox Florist.

Avoid this florist! Unbelievable bad service. I received flowers that had broken flower heads. The next morning 50% of the arrangement was dead. When I called the shop I was spoken to so incredibly rudely and told I would have to bring them in if I wanted the flowers replaced. They told me they are not responsible for what THEIR drivers do! No apology at all. I called FTD and told them to reconsider this vendor. FTD is giving me a refund. The florist actually called me back to AGAIN tell me I could bring them in for repair...not today because they are busy..but tomorrow! Lots of floral shops to choose from...avoid Wyndowbox!
We delivered over 500 arrangements on Valentine's Day. We had 3 problems regarding the vase container. No one else complained about the quality of the flowers. I am sorry you are upset, but we have been in business for over 30 years in the Pearland area. It is our policy for you to bring the flowers back in. We upgrade the arrangement for your trouble. We are a FTD MASTER FLORIST. Again, you were the only one to complain about the flower in over 500 orders.

THEY ARE GREAT. I NEEDED FLOWERS FOR A FUNERAL. THEY WERE ABLE TO GET IT THERE BEFORE THE SERVICE. THEY WERE BEAUTIFUL.
