Hired A&J to paint the outside of our stucco house. Alfred was on time for the estimate. He said they could do other work as well & would guarantee it. So we included replacing our backdoor & screen door and waterproofing the bricks on the top front part of our home. Not only did the estimate keep gong up as the work progressed but it is obvious, when it rains, that our bricks were never properly waterproofed. There are brush marks & splash marks here & there. Our back door & screen door were put in with foam under the tread instead of using a board! Now the foam squishes out every time we step on it especially after the rain! At the top of the door the aluminum strip is away from the wall so the rain gets behind it, runs down our wall and will deteriorate the wood over time. Also they only put a flat coat on the door trim & never finished it. There are many spots on the main part of our house that were missed with the paint because they rushed through it to get to their next job. I called Albert more than 6 times to have him come back to fix what was wrong. I should only have to call him one time. He has never shown up even after setting a specific date for him to come out. He wants someone to be home even though no one needs to be for the work to be corrected- except for the back door. So I have sat in more than once for the entire day and Albert never showed up.
