I purchased my BMW X5 from PA Auto 4 years ago and decided I was ready to trade it in. I partnered with John Y. and from our initial meeting he was great! He worked with me to get me the vehicle of my choice and was professional, patient and knowledgeable! He worked to get the best deal for me and made me feel like I was the only customer he was working with (even though he had many). I’ve owned my vehicle for about a week and he still communicates with me (quick responses) if I have questions!

Had a good experience i decided to purchase at a later time
Now this is not my first time dealing with PA Auto sales but my experience this time was absolutely outstanding. I recently purchased a Audi A4 for my sons birthday. Now I started late this year so I was on a time limit to keep that noted. The sales manager Igor was absolutely amazing with being patient to find the perfect car and so attentive on making sure all my needs were met. When I purchased my car my salesman informed me that the tires didn't look too nice so they offered to take it to their body shop to get new tires, an oil change, and free inspection. Without me even asking they were upfront and honest about everything. Now since they knew I was on a strict time limit they fit my car in the next day although they were booked. When I called the service center to get updates they called me every two hours to make sure I didn't feel forgotten. When my car was ready their service manager informed me personally on his own cellphone that made me feel important. I thought I would be able to make it by 7 when they close but I knew it was going to be too late. I called Andrew back to let him know I can't make it by 7 and he told me he'll wait for me. This man waited until 8:30 for me to get there and he was nothing but happy to do it as I seen when I got there. All in all it was a truly superb experience and I will be more then happy to recommend this company to ALL my family and friends! Thank you so much PA Auto Sales!

In early October 2016 i found a 2008 Ford F250 on Cargurus. I sent an email stating that I was interested in the vehicle and i was contacted the very next morning by Rob. The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. Between Robs friendly service and Igor really going the distance to get me not only financed but to really work with my lousy credit and figure out a way to get me a damn good rate for the position i was in. I drove away in the truck in under two hours total. They said the vehicle had been at one of the storage areas and hadnt been detailed fully yet but if i brought it back the next day they could get it cleaned up while i waited. Being a used vehicle it did have a few minor problems over the next two months but the staff at PA auto stood by me and the vehicle and worked to have all problems resolved fast and easy. Not only would i recommend going here but i plan to return for myself and have referred friends and family. Start to finish just a great place and extremely professional staff.
Traded in my BMW and they gave me a fair price. Service was good and the lounge area isnt bad. These guys did what they said they would do and the car has been great! They do thorough inspections on their vehicles before they buy them and they have a 5 day no questions asked Grace period.
Best High-End Dealer in the Northeast. What people don't get is that the vehicles are used.
The truth is they do high volume and still care about the overall experience. From Igor getting you the best possible financing, to George-Sales Manager making sure you are satisfied. We bought a late model Mercedes GL550. It took some patience but they stood behind the truck the whole way. I would go back there without hesitation. Even their Service Guy David was easygoing. They know what they are doing here and it shows. Like I mentioned they will see you through the odds and ends. Thank You for sticking by your word, in this day and age, we really appreciate it.

Bought a 2012 Toyota Tundra from PA Auto sales, overall experience was great! I was kind of hesitant because we traveled from the Poconos to Philadelphia and hoped that everything would work out to where we loved the truck. It did! There were some wear and tear issues, but expected it because that's what happens when you buy used. Loved the staff and the buying process was smooth and simple....I recommend buying a vehicle from here!
