We had a terrible time with german roaches, it took a few trips out in the beginning to get them under control but they are gone. We keep up a general service every four to eight weeks and the cost is only $30 a visit.And having Tom on the job we know he will make sure their are no other problems. We thought we had termites in the spring but Tom told us they were flying ants and he took care of them. They are "honest" and efficient and we have used Susan's Exterminating for three years.

I can highly recommend this company for their extermination service. I dealt with a telephone rep, the owner and the technician... all three were a pleasure to work with. I had a house for sale in Philadelphia and had them do the pre-inspection. I apparently had termites for a couple of years with some damage done to the joists holding up my kitchen floor. Not only did they give me a good price and quick service on the termite job (compared w/ 2 other "national" extermintors), but they also have a separate construction company that repaired the damage done by the termites by sistering wood beams along-side the damaged floor joists. They weren't as quick to get the work done, but I was satisfied with the quality of the repair when done.
