Do yourself a favor… DO NOT COME HERE!!! This place came highly recommended from an adoption agency. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted with THE WORST attitude I have ever experienced in customer service. The receptionist’s name was Nicole and there are a handful of bad reviews about her all over the internet. I’m not sure why Dr. Kwon continues to employ her. Everything from her eye rolling, to her ratchet behavior, to her dirty, rolled out of bed and came straight to work appearance was awful. What’s worse is that she not only behaved horribly, the manager stood by and did nothing. There was no way I was going to entrust them with my dog. I went to Maize’s Mission in Carrollton instead. Excellent experience for me and my family!!!! Dr. Kwon, I’m sure you have a stellar reputation but if you continue to employ Nicole, your online reputation will be affected. She cares nothing about your business and when I told her that I was going to leave a bad review, she immaturely shrugged her shoulders. Contact a staffing agency for a temp unit ok you can properly choose a professional and courteous receptionist.

We love this vet! The doctor and staff are so friendly and knowledgable and there's never a wait. They do require cash or check payment, but with this "low tech" approach they seem to pass the savings on to their customers because their prices are VERY reasonable.

We took our dog to this vet only because we lived close. Our dog couldn't digest a rawhide bone and this so called vet told us wouldn't and couldn't do anything for her and for us to take her to our normal vet which is 25 miles away. He should be ashamed..
