I live in Arizona. We drove 1300 miles to Rapid City for a wedding. Once we arrived late Friday night, I noticed the back of our vehicle was covered in a light coating of oil. I looked underneath and sure enough, we had a differential seal leaking. I called Steve at Bob's auto on a Saturday morning and he indicated to me that they were closed and that he was camping for the 3 day Labor Day weekend. We were leaving on Sunday so we were kinda in a bind. Steve gave me a few suggestions on who to call and wished us well. My phone rang a minute after I hung up and it was Steve. He said to go get the differential seal and meet him at the shop in 90 minutes. I arrived at the shop and we drove right in. He had the seal changed out and I was back out the door in less than an hour. He is an outstanding mechanic and an even better person. I recommend going to Bob's Auto service for every automotive service and repair need.

These guys are pretty quick in their work, and very honest about what needs to be done. I never felt like they were trying to con me into additional repairs, and as a single mother, I really and truly appreciate that!
