If I could give a negative review I would. The degree of unprofessionalism was astounding. Valerie who is the inspector was extremely rude and unprofessional. She came out to my home for a well and septic test. I prepaid her for these tests. $380. Due to the property not having a tile field at the time, she was only able to do a water test. I then asked for a refund on the prepayment of the septic test and she started screaming at me on the phone. Telling me she'd think about it and what she did see she was going to fail just to hurt me. I am dumbfounded at the level of ignorance that she protrayed. I do not recommend this company. She is a crook

Good job with cleaning the tanks. Much higher cost than competition. Basically I had to redo a large lawn area due to a bad digging job and a worse job with grass replacement.

I love these guys, I have used them personally as a septic tank user at least a half dozen times and as a Realtor, ordering inspections for listed properties since 1996, great service, they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!

Seriously one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever dealt with. After THREE no call and no shows and THREE separate times of me calling back to reschedule for them to come out, they showed up (while no one was home) and left a bill for what I'm assuming is full price. Really disapointed with the service, and it doesn't seem like the company cares either (trust me, I called.) I will never use this company again, I would advise you spend your money with someone who cares, and at the very least is kind and punctual.
