STAY AWAY FROM DON MCCUE CHEVROLET

Stay away from Don McCue Chevrolet's service / repair department, because the charges are outrageously high. Basically, it is a "$500 to a $1000 per service dept trip" joint. What is it, $150 an hour for "labor"? So, the cheapest thing you could have done, is something like a change of gas filter -- $80.00. Repairs, which require fluids, they will use about 5 or 6 onces of a 16 oz. fluid container, then charge you $28.00 for "fluids". Compound all the charges, if you have multiple items fixed and you see the picture. Whatever Don McCue used to be, it is no more, because I WAS a customer for more than a decade, and have seen it change into a real money devouring beast of an operation.

Worst New Car Experience Ever

Worst dealer experience on a new car purchase ever. Bought car on Saturday & drove home a happy customer. When getting out, noticed 2 holes in the driver's side seat in the middle. Called dealer. Brought car back on Monday & new seat cover needed to be ordered & installed. Dealer gave a loaner car, still pretty positive. Picked up on Tuesday & the car was filthy with hand prints & discolorations in the interior. Dealer agreed & kept it to clean the car. Picked up Thursday & everything looked good until trying to buckle in. Seat buckle connector was now under the new seat cover. Dealer fixed it. Got in & made a left turn out of the lot only to discover the left turn signal not working. Turned around & took it back where dealer took 30 minutes to correct the problem. Took 4 days to get all fixed & drove the car for only 12 miles. Dealer offered only a free oil change as compensation. Don't waste your time trying to work with them. Doesn't appear that they care a about new customers.

These people are you typical "used car salesmen" Very shady business practices. I wouldnt wish there business practices on my worst enimies. At Don McCue is is defiantly buyer be ware.
