We rented a car from this place to go to to Louisiana& the trip went fine until we stopped to sleep the 1st night. When we got up in the morning to head out, the check engine light came on, so we called the place to see what we should do& they said not to worry about it.So we went on our way. With about 500 miles left,the car started overheating&stalling in the middle of the freeway.We had our 3 kids with us&almost got hit by a car. We drove 5 miles per hour to the gas station,where my husband fixed it up enough to keep moving.When we called them, they said that if we could make it to the next city that was 100 miles away, that we could exchange it for something else, but when we got to the city it was already closed&it was a Sunday so NOTHING was open to even have them fix it. We finally made it there about 12 hours late. On Monday we called a shop to get it in to be fixed and they couldn.t get it in until Wednesday. Our vacation was ruined. We were with out a vechicle for 5 out of the 8 days we were there due to the serious repair work that needed to be done.I guess that the name REALLY fits! Rent a WRECK is RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
