This place is HORRID ! It looks run down as it is but then the service is an absolute disappointment.

I went in for a pedicure and manicure one day in a pinch because I wouldn't have made it to my nail place in NE Minneapolis before they closed. They saw me right away, despite how packed it was.

The pedicure was nice, she did a good job on my feet. But then it came time to paint my toenails. I had to stop her because she was about to paint them without using a base coat- I had to TELL her to use one ! What !?

Then she used the BASE COAT AS A TOP COAT !

Same deal with the manicure: she did a good job but I don't think she should be painting anyone's nails..



I couldn't even really relax either because it was SO loud.. Ladies all over the salon- waiting to be seen, waiting for their friend to be done, yelling and using profanities. Just chaotic.



I went here once and that's the last time.

First time going there today. I didn't like it at all. Waited for 30 min just to get settled. Too much talking and that lady cut my finger. Never coming here again!!!!!!

TJ Nails is a mass factory for clone like, bulky, overdone and under serviced nails. I had been a customer for years, my continued patronidge had nothing to do with good work, service or even prices but sheer convenience in location and ignorance on my part. My expectations were not very high...I just want a basic full set, a realistic look and for my actual nails not to turn green! Not at TJ's, no matter what you ask for the response is the same broekn engish "Yes Yes I Do" and a smile but the finished product is nothing of what you wanted. Then if you complain, a random employee is brought over to TELL YOU that this is indeed what you wanted! After years of this I finally went elsewhere and the difference was amazing!
