Terrible place. Terrible management/ownership. Treat their employees terrible.

I brought in some clothes the other day, it was a dark headed girl and a blond headed girl. They did not take anything. They just told me it was condition? I have no clue what that means. But my clothes are perfectly fine, I had all sorts of cute Hollister and Abercrombie clothes and they took none of those, just my nasty target stuff. Then I asked a girl with blond curly hair to get down a dress for me. She looked at me like she was annoyed I asked her and then handed me the dress rudely and walked off all mad looking! I will never come back to drop off clothes or shop here. They took nothing and the service was horrible, and they are completely overpriced for being a used clothing store.

I love platos they have the cutest clothes and the staff is friendly. This is a great place to shop for teens especially if you are a college student and dont have money for going out clothes every weekend from retail stores. The prices are amazing. They also have a lot of clothes from forever 21 and express which are my favorite stores. I would also recommend this store for parents who have teens who like to wear hollister and abercrombie and ae because they sell these brands and only take the clothes that have only been worn a few times. Lets face it we're in a recession we dont have money to go to the actual abercrombie store and spend 70 dollars or more on a hoodie and 30 on a tank.
