The first 1/2 was free, then a reduced rate for the rest of the consultation so we had time to talk about all of the eatate planning needs I had. The receptionist is friendly and helpful, it was easy to get an appointment, everything was handled professionally, the attorney was thorough and detailed to explaining answers to my questions. The office is centrally located near downtown Salem. This firm has been in business in Salem for over 18 years.
