They were extremely careful and conscientious of the piano and the home environment. I appreciated how careful they were with my new piano. My complaint though, is that the final cost ended up being $58 higher than what they quoted - thus making them more expensive than anyone else I talked to in the end. When I called for a quote, I gave them the exact addresses and nothing was mentioned about extra charges for location. The quote was $100 base charge and then $3 per stair. I was charged $18 extra ($3 a mile) for being outside of the I-215 interchange. Then, there were two options for moving the piano out of the pick-up house. One involved a tight corner porch and the other involved taking it out the back wide door and through the open garage. Unfortunately, they chose the more expensive route which added another $40. They arrived 30 min early, which was nice but since I was not expecting them that early, I wasn't present to ensure they took the least expensive route. The woman I bought the piano from had specifically cleared the way for them to go the easier and less expensive route and yet they didn't choose it and she didn't push it since she didn't know there was a difference in cost for me. So overall, I feel like I was duped into paying quite a bit more than I thought I would but the service they provided was excellent. However, because of the feeling of being duped into paying more, I would not use them again.
