Provided by YPmobileStay away! This company will take your money and will not order parts. You will be waiting and waiting for a part that is in stock down the road. They have the worst customer service too. They will give you the run around and tell you lies to get you off their backs. Stay far far away.

Provided by YPmobileI wouldn't even give this business the time of day and I didn't want to.even give them one star. Not only are they broke but the turn around time takes weeks and no one at that business knows anything! They are unorganized and sit on their butts. They are in so mucy debt they can't afford to even pay their employees. Where's the money going to when their employees make the company money? Goes to pay the company debt and not their employees. They will personally avoid u and not give u a straight answer because no one knows anything. They treat the employees like crap so I can't imagine how the customers feel. Save yourself the time money and patience and go with someone else.

Company misses appointments without calling and misplaces information they need for warranty repairs. If you have to use them for Warranty work, good luck. I can't believe that they are still in business unless we just caught them on 5 or 6 bad hair days. I would not even recomend them to people I hated.
This company has given me the biggest run around I have ever had to deal with in my life. My husband & I are not ones to complain ever, but after dealing with this company I feel it's my responsibility to take a stand. It has been over 3 weeks & I am still waiting for a resolution. Customer Service is a joke to this company! My dishwasher has actually been broken since December, one would think they would set some kind of priority to resolving this issue, but we have been of no importance what so ever. I have called almost everyday to "check on the status" of my part. Finally last Thursday they say they will call the factory to see what the "deal" is. I had been asking them to do that now for 2 weeks now. (Considering I was told it would only take 5-7 days to receive the part.) They call, they tell me it will be there tomorrow, Friday, and as soon as she receives it in she will call me to schedule an appointment, no one called, & I have called twice since then, getting more BULL!
