My insurance company was insistent on me using Safe Lite, who quoted me $430+ For a passenger front door window. Being that my car was broken into later in the evening, I couldn’t call around until this morning. Several places I called had no appointments. That wasn’t going to be conducive for my situation. I called Discount Glass who said that they would call me when their shipment arrived and I could be taken care of today. Just as promised, they called back, I went and it was done! Fast and friendly and over half the price! Thank you for providing outstanding customer service and prompt service!

Found this little shop by recommendation of a friend. Got a whole new windshield for $212 out the door! Excellent service and they were fast.

our son came into San Antonio from overseas with a broken windshield on his truck. this company came to the home replaced it with a very good price and service. with all the rain we had he was having an inside leak thinkingit was the windshield . we called and without question the tech. came out again and checked the whole job whichwas done right and told us it was the sunroof causing the problem. QUALITY THAT YOU CAN'T BUY AT ANY PRICE!

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. The price I paid was fair, the shop came recommended so I took my car in. I called and the owner, he told me on Saturday they're open from 8-5 and I could bring my car by whenever and have it ready the same day. I took it to the shop, which is located in an unsafe neighborhood. They required I pay for the work up front, in a hurry to be paid. I came back at 4pm on Saturday to get my car, all the lights in the office were off, doors were locked, and the no one would answer the phone numbers they provide on their website. The weird part was, my car was parked out front as if it was ready to be picked up but I had no way to access the keys. The sign posted on the front door stated the hours of operation, said that they close at three on Saturday not five like I was told originally. I found it very odd that my car was sitting out front as it was ready to be picked up but there was no one there to help me. I drove all the way across town to get my spare key and come back thinking that maybe they left it for me to take home since the hours posted stated they were closed on Sundays. When I got back to the shop with my spare key, my car was locked up in the backside of the shop, I was without a car the entire weekend, which is how I work. I went by the shop on Monday to pick up my vehicle, I asked him what happened on Saturday and he let me know that he went to the gun show but he had left my keys inside the vehicle so I could've just taken it. My jaw dropped and I couldn't believe he was serious, my car was open and free to whomever wanted it. That's totally unacceptable in my opinion, it's my personal property left unattended while the owner went to a gun show! So unprofessional and the customer service is horrible. They don't have an answering machine so I couldn't leave a message, no email address to let them know I'm standing outside their shop waiting to pick up the car I've ALREADY PAID FOR. Very shady and poorly run.

Great prices and quick service. Aftermarket prices with OEM quality. I went around and around with my insurance co to replace the glass and got them to agree to replace the front windshield on a CR-V at a deductible of $100.00, but needed to schedule a visit from "preferred vendor". I was in and out at Discount in less than an hour for not much more. I was very pleased and don't need to worry about claim affecting my insurance rates.

Absolutely the most unprofessional disappointing experience I have ever had with a supposedly professional business. While replacing a door glass on our vehicle, the regulator was broken, rendering the window useless. When questioned about the issue, and inquiring about what they would do to remedy the situation, Ken told us that these things happen and would be unable to help us. Really? I have been in business for almost 30 years and would never treat a paying customer in that fashion.

My experience with this business was the worst possible first time customer service I have ever had. The mobile service came out and put new glass in my car driver door, he put in the up/down module wrong and blew the up part on the module so i went to see if they would fix it they said it was now there problem but they made the window go up. So I took the inside door part off the get the module out so I could buy a new one and they had tore out the protective covering on the inside and threw away the insulation for the door I then returned to store and they REFUSED to do anything about it, they threw it away and said I did not need it!!! So now I have a window that does not work, a blown module I have to replace and no insulation or covering for my door. THIS COMPANY IS NOT REPUTABLE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE, THEY ARE NOT AS RELIABLE AS THE WEBSITE STATES SO DON'T EVER GO THERE, EVEN IF THE PRICE SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!!!
