BaySport Inc. is a California corporation serving clients since 1984. BaySport's three disciplines of service include: Preventive Medicine (executive physicals, on-site health screens, on-site wellness intervention programs); Corporate Fitness and Wellness (on-site fitness center and wellness program management); and Physical Therapy (injury rehabilitation and injury prevention). We currently have five clinic locations in California and over twenty corporate health and fitness center management accounts nationwide.

We are located inside Bay Club Santa Clara off of Central Expressway. BaySport parking is available around the right side of the building as you enter the parking lot.

Located within a state-of-the-art sports resort, our patients have access to Decathlon Club's amenities during their appointment, including the fitness center,swimming pools and locker room.
