The staff there are very friendly, but it’s no wonder because they have to make up for the owner.
John, you might want to take a customer service course because you never know who is going to walk through your door and potentially generate sales for you. Treat everyone as a customer, not just those who are a sure thing, and you can never go wrong. Give ANYONE who makes the effort to come into your establishment who has an appointment a little more consideration by being on time and being prepared. Take the time to listen to what they have to say and ask, and try to be more respectful.
