I absolutely love this place! Hong does my nails every time perfectly and is so personable...I won’t go anywhere else!!

For the second time now, I have been overcharged. When I come in and I’m told a price, that’s what I expect to pay. I took three daughters in, each for a full set that I was told was $30. When I went to pay they were all of a sudden $35 each because of an up charge for the certain cut they got. I wasn’t told this when I asked pricing. Not very honest in my opinion. Also one gentleman did such a sloppy job I should’ve asked for them to be touched up.

Best nail spa used to be the best around. Unfortunately in the past year or so tbey have been on a decline. The manager does not listen to the customers, they have lost staff, and there is just an obvious disconnect between the staff and customers. I have not been back for a while.
