The best customer service EVER!!!! From planning my move to the actual day of moving everything was top notch. They showed up early to my location and began loading the truck. Everything was organized and they moved at a steady pace the entire time and even wrapped each piece of furniture with pads. Once the truck was loaded they made it to my house and began unloading as I directed where the items should go. They went up and down my stairs close to a hundred times between the two of them and carried my big front load washer and dryer down without a ding or dent. The time and care they took with my items was above and beyond what I expected and I will recommend them to everyone. They ended up moving me for seven hours straight and never complained once!!

Joanna effectively kept me informed and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible . I wasn't feeling good that day and was seriously dreading the move after packing and cleaning for weeks. Unfortunately for the movers, I didn't have everything packed and ready to go. When they arrived, they enthusiastically took charge, did what needed to be done, quickly and effortlessly. They took the stress out of the move and made me feel very comfortable. The move from my 3rd floor apt. consisted of moving a very large awkward treadmill. They amazingly moved it with no sweat. They were careful with my belongings and were considerate of where they put the marked boxes in my new place. They even set up my bed and made sure I was OK. It was a very pleasant experience and I have already hired them again after my last move 3 years ago. They make moving truly a positive experience from start to finish...and the best thing yet, is that they are straight forward, no hidden costs.

Fall of 2008 Action moved my husband, my daughter, and myself into our new home. The movers helped us not only move our boxes and furniture but also helped us get our clothes into wardrobe boxes. I recently moved from Copperas Cove, Texas to Spokane. This was our first move anywhere and we were very overwhelmed with all of the stress involved. The people at Action went above and beyond just "moving us"...they helped us find a daycare for my kids, told us where to go, what the best places where...really got us acclimated to our new surroundings. Our move went great and the movers took great care of our belongings. One of the movers even played football with my son on "his" break. I would recommend Action to anyone. 1/3/08 Action Movers was servicing one of my tenants. Their incompetent and discourteous drivers ran into a tree breaking a significant branch. They refused to clean up the mess they made, to include leaving limbs on the street, and easily 4->6 Cubic yards of junk. They blocked the driveway for most of the day, refusing to move to the apron across the street. The excuse that I was given was that my trees weren't properly trimmed to HIGHWAY Standards and therefore it was my fault. South Riverton Ave isn't even an arterial, and why was their truck maneuvering some 150Ft forward from the driveway, Other moving companies have used a wide area 10ft to the west. Perhaps the driver should submit to DOL for an eye and Driving qualification exam. It was a pleasure to have SUCH an 'Professional' Company serving my tenant. Other tenants and service drives have noted the good name on the Orange truck.With regrets

They tell you that part of their service is returning to pick up the boxes and packing materials. However when the time comes, they will refuse to show up time and again, leaving you with a huge pile of trash!

They care care of every detail...even the ones you don't think about.
