ABOUT PARTNERS FOR PETS In 1996, Partners for Pets was nothing more than a few people's passion for helping animals that faced certain death at the Spokane County shelters. That passion has resulted in a successful volunteer-based non-profit organization. Partners for Pets is the last voice for animals, speaking for them when they have run out of options. Our organization rescues dogs and cats scheduled to be euthanized, provides them with any needed veterinary care including sterilization, and then works to find them permanent and loving homes. For every animal that we place, we are back at the shelter rescuing another one.

I just adopted a kitten from Partners for Pets and am so impressed with the place! The kitten was not only up to date medically with her shots and procedures but was also looked after emotionally. They let the cats wander around the shelter and have volunteers there giving them the attention they need, it's a very unique and special place. Even my vet was impressed with how well they had treated and cared for the kitten!
Please support this wonderful local group. They rescue pets and keep them safe until they are adopted.
Partners for Pets is a wonderful, private rescue organization. Their adoption center houses cats and kittens ready to go to forever homes. All animals are spayed or neutered, completely up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and tested for feline AIDS and leukemia. Prices range from $55 to $75, which is cheaper than getting a "free" kitten and then obtaining vet care yourself.
